The wheel bearing grease used will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and by the exact purpose and rating for the axle. This information on your axle may be able to be obtained if you have the data tag still on the axle.
For instance a Dexter axle will most likely have Dexter wheel bearing grease.

The 7K Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brakes, which comes in a set with both the Left Hand and Right Hand assemblies included as part # 23-464-465, can certainly be installed on your 6K axle assuming its 5 bolt pattern matches your existing flanges. In terms of size and bolt pattern these are indeed interchangeable with the Dexter 6K # 23-458-459.

I do have suggestions, and because there are no American-made ST235/80R16 load range G tires I suggestion going with the Westlake ST235/80R16 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range G # WE76FR. It is not made in the USA, but it is made to USA specifications.
This is a 14-ply tire with a max load of 4,080 at 110 PSI. It has double steel belts and double polyester plies with nylon overlay. It has a speed rating of 75 mph.
